Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MP Pratap Sarangi on Thursday, December 19, alleged that opposition leader Rahul Gandhi pushed an MP during the clash between the ruling and opposition parties over the Ambedkar controversy, causing the man to fall on him. Went.
Pratap Chandra Sarangi said, “Rahul Gandhi pushed an MP who fell on me, after which I fell down… I was standing near the stairs when Rahul Gandhi came and pushed an MP who then fell on me. fell up…”
It is said that the BJP MP suffered some injuries during the clash. Pratap Sarangi was taken to the hospital by ambulance.
Responding to the claims, Rahul Gandhi alleged that some BJP MPs pushed him.
Rahul Gandhi said, “This could be in your camera. I was trying to go inside from the Parliament entrance, but the BJP MPs were trying to stop, push and threaten me. So this happened… But we are not affected by the push and pull.”
He said: “But this is the entry gate, and we have the right to go inside. The BJP MPs were trying to stop us from going inside…The main issue is that they are attacking the Constitution and the memory of Ambedkar ji. are insulting.”
