Ranchi: Another case of sexual harassment and molestation has come to light in the capital. In this case, the cab driver has been accused of wrongdoing with a four year old innocent child. A complaint has been lodged in BIT Mesra TOP in this matter.

The mother of a student studying in nursery class filed a case under the POCSO Act against the cab driver of Spectrum Global School falling under BIT Mesra police station area. After this the police arrested the accused driver and sent him to jail. The student's demand alleged that the matter was reported to the school principal but he neither cooperated nor took any action. After the school did not understand the seriousness of the matter, he went to the police station for two days. During this period, the police took the statement of the child several times. After much effort the police registered an FIR. No one was involved in this from the school management, whereas we send children to school only after trusting them. A van was being run by the school on which we used to send our children to school. In this entire matter the police has tried to save the school management.
