What ‘Pushpa 2’ actor swears by every morning for a toned body

Allu Arjun is ruling the hearts with his latest blockbuster ‘Pushpa 2’. Here is what the actor does every morning to keep the fitness going. Read on to know more about his diet routine.

Every actor prepares diligently for a character. Sometimes it is the makeup, sometimes the physique. Pushpa 2 actor Allu Arjun recently revealed how he manages to keep a fit and toned physique through out and it is not with strict dieting rules. He is guilty of binging on chocolates often!

Allu Arjun shared that he tweaks the diet and workout as per the demand of the character. However, he swears by a morning routine that keeps him energised for the day.

everyone has a fitness mantra that works best for them. It can be diet, workout etc. In an interview with Pinkvilla, the actor shared what he consumed for his diet. ‘Pushpa 2: The rule’ is a family genre film and hence Arjun did not make strict changes to his diet.  While he keeps it flexible, his breakfast usually speaks about lot of eggs. Lunch and dinner varies but breakfast is mostly forms of eggs.   while his breakfast is almost always the same, his lunch and dinner vary. “Breakfast is mostly the same. Always filled with eggs. The last meal of the day…depends. Many a times, chocolate binge,” the 41-year-old said.

Eggs are one of the excellent sources of protein. It is nutrient dense and helps in muscle building, body strengthening and more. He further revealed that he is allergic to certain dairy products too.

Talking about his rituals, the Pushpa actor shared how runs on treadmill every morning and that works in his favour.  “I run for 45 minutes to one hour on an empty stomach,” adding that he works out seven days a week if he has the energy or only three days a week if he is “lazy.”

The actor, who loves calisthenics and skill training, stressed that fitness is more a mindset challenge. “It is very important to have a healthy life than a good body,” said Arjun.

Callisthenics helps in building body strength and endurance. It is good for bone density, body awareness and voost body coordination too. Flexibility and mobility is an added advantage of practising calisthenics regularly.
