Sunil Mittal's Airtel beats Mukesh Ambani's Jio, installs so many towers in Kashmir

Airtel and Jio also give tough competition to each other in terms of mobile tariffs. However, this time Sunil Mittal's Airtel has defeated Mukesh Ambani's Jio.
Actually, Airtel has started providing mobile service in Jammu and Kashmir. For this, the company has also installed 15 mobile towers in Kupwara, Bandipora and Baramulla. Its direct benefit will be the communication connection to the 7 villages bordering the border and the soldiers deployed near the LOC. Airtel has become the first private company to provide mobile network in these areas of Jammu and Kashmir.

Mobile networks are spread in these districts
The company has issued a statement that under the Vibrant Village Program, Airtel has connected villages like Kachhal, Balbir, Ustad, Kathi, Razdan Pass Taya Top and Cheema to the rest of the country. It said that all these villages are located in the areas of Keran, Machhal, Tangdhar, Gurez and Uri Valley, which are spread in Kupwara, Baramulla and Bandipora districts.
Airtel installed 15 mobile towers in Kashmir
Airtel is the only private telecom operator providing communication services in these areas. The company has installed 15 mobile towers in these areas. With this, the local people as well as the soldiers deployed on the LOC will get the necessary communication facility.
The company has said that Bharti Airtel has partnered with the Indian Army to establish communication in the villages of Kupwara, Baramulla and Bandipora districts near the border in North Kashmir. Airtel has collaborated with the Indian Army to improve network service and enhance communication in remote areas of military bases. Recently, Airtel had also successfully established communication at Galwan Border and Daulat Beg Oldie. These areas are called the northernmost military posts of India. Union Telecom Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia has said on several occasions that telecom service will reach all the remote areas of the country by June 2025.
