These celebrities faced heavy criticism from some netizens, who labelled the incidents as publicity stunts. But, at the same time, many fans stood firmly in their defense. The latest to join this controversy was South Indian actress Pragya Nagra.
The 26-year-old star recently sparked significant chatter on social media when her alleged private video went viral on the Internet. According to social media buzz, the clip reportedly showcased a woman in a compromising position. However, the authenticity of the visuals couldn’t be verified.
Earlier in December 2024, Pragya took to X (formerly known as Twitter) to address the controversy. The Nadhikalil Sundari Yamuna diva expressed her disbelief, stating she was still in denial, hoping it was just a bad dream from which she would wake up. She highlighted that technology was meant to improve lives, not make them miserable.
