Investors will be able to bid for these 5 IPOs till December 23. Their shares will be listed on National Stock Exchange and Bombay Stock Exchange on 27th December.

Transrail Lighting Limited wants to raise a total of Rs 838.91 crore through IPO. For this, the company will issue 92 lakh 59 thousand 259 new shares worth Rs 400 crore. At the same time, existing investors (investors of Transrail Lighting) are selling 1,01,60,000 shares worth Rs 438.91 crore.
- DAM Capital Advisors Limited
DAM Capital Advisors IPO is a book built issue of Rs 840.25 crore. The issue is entirely an offer for sale of 2.97 crore shares. DAM Capital Advisors IPO bids opened for subscription on December 19, 2024 and will close on December 23, 2024.
- Mamta Machinery Limited (Stock Market IPO Update)
The IPO of packaging machinery manufacturer Mamta Machinery Limited has opened for subscription today (Thursday, December 19). The company wants to raise Rs 179 crore through IPO. Mamta Machinery has raised Rs 53 crore 56 lakh from 7 institutional investors through its anchor book on 18th December.
- Sanathan Textiles Limited
Sanathan Textiles Limited wants to raise a total of Rs 550 crore through IPO. For this, the company will issue 1,24,61,060 new shares worth ₹ 400 crore. At the same time, existing investors of Sanathan Textiles are selling 46 lakh 72 thousand 898 shares worth ₹ 150 crore.
- Concord Enviro Systems Ltd
Concord Enviro Systems Limited wants to raise a total of Rs 500.33 crore through IPO. For this, the company will issue 24 lakh 96 thousand 433 new shares worth Rs 175 crore. At the same time, existing investors of Concord Enviro Systems are selling 46 lakh 40 thousand 888 shares worth ₹ 325.33 crore.
