According to sources, the International Cricket Council (ICC) is seriously considering Colombo and Dubai for organizing all the Indian matches, especially the India-Pakistan mega-match. Although the final decision has not been taken yet, there is a possibility that the match will be played at one of these two venues.

8 teams will participate in this tournament – ​​India, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Australia, Bangladesh, England, New Zealand and South Africa. These teams will be divided into two groups of 4 each. The top 2 teams from each group after the league stage will qualify for the semi-finals.
