Congress worker murder case revealed in Jamshedpur, 5 including BJP supporter arrested, shot for supremacy
jamshedpur: Police on Friday revealed the murder case of Congress worker Alok Bhagat in Kadam police station area of Jamshedpur on 18th December. SSP Kishore Kaushal held a press conference and revealed the murder case and presented the 5 arrested people.
The SSP told the media that the murder of Congress worker Alok Bhagat was the result of a fight for supremacy. Among the arrested criminals, Chhotu Bacha alias Akash Singh has several criminal cases registered against him. Vishal Kumar, Vikas Singh, Pankaj Sao of Shastri Nagar block number four and Shakti Vibhar, resident of Nirmal Colony Kadma have been arrested. Three country-made pistols, one live bullet and three shells have been recovered from them from the spot. One of the arrested accused is a BJP supporter.
Villagers pelted stones at Koderma CO, officials had gone to get the land measured for the water treatment plant.
On December 18, Alok Bhagat was shot dead near Shastri Nagar block number four of Kadma police station area. An attempt was made to give a political color to this entire incident. The brother of the deceased had named 6 people as accused in this case. SSP Kishore Kaushal formed the SIT and exposed the entire matter within 48 hours.
