Dinner Recipe: Make tasty recipe for dinner
This recipe with veg butter will be liked by both children and adults. You can make it easily with the help of some green vegetables.
one cup chopped carrots
1 cup chopped broccoli
1 cup crushed tomatoes
a cup of cream
two spoons butter
1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon garam masala
Salt

Wash all the vegetables (carrots, peas and broccoli) thoroughly and cut them into small pieces.
Put 2 tablespoons butter in a pan and heat it on medium flame. When the butter melts, add ginger-garlic paste.
Now fry it for a minute or two, until its raw taste goes away.
Now add ground tomato to the mixture and mix. Cook it for 5-7 minutes, until the oil starts separating.
Now add red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt as per taste.
Now add chopped mixed vegetables to the mixture. Mix well and cook the vegetables for 5-7 minutes, so that they dissolve.
Add cream to the vegetable and mix well. Add garam masala and cook for a minute and finally serve with naan.
