'Children will follow the path of Baba Saheb'- Arvind Kejriwal
Arvind Kejriwal said, “Just like Baba Saheb studied in the country and did PHD in two subjects, during that time he faced shortage of money. Today we are breathing in independent India. Arvind Kejriwal's reaction to Amit Shah's statement
During this, Arvind Kejriwal said, “Three days ago, the country's Home Minister and Bharatiya Janata Party leader Amit Shah insulted Baba Saheb Ambedkar inside the Parliament. He made fun of Baba Saheb Ambedkar. I consider myself a devotee of BR Ambedkar. I felt very sad about his insult. We will condemn any party or leader in the Parliament of independent India for insulting Ambedkar.
Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal said, “In such a situation, he is announcing a big scheme (Ambekar Scholarship) in the honor of Baba Saheb Ambedkar. We cannot imagine the struggle he has had to undergo in his life to get education. In 1915, he obtained his PhD degree from Columbia. Today I want that no child of Dalit community should be left behind in getting higher education due to lack of money.”
