Tejashwi Yadav is running Hemant Soren's trick in Bihar, announced to give Rs 2500 to women every month

Katihar : A few months before the Bihar Assembly elections 2025, Rashtriya Janata Dal leader Tejashwi Yadav has announced the launch of 'Mai Behan Maan Yojana'. Under Mai Behan Maan Yojana, Rs 2,500 per month will be given in the accounts of women if their party forms the government in the state. The former deputy chief minister said the 'caste-based survey' conducted by him found that 94 lakh families had an income of less than Rs 6,000.

Rs 2500 in women's account along with 200 units of electricity free

Tejashwi Yadav further said that after coming to power in the state, he will increase the social security pension from Rs 400 to Rs 1500 and will provide 200 units of free electricity. He said, “We have conducted a caste-based survey, which has revealed that 94 lakh families have an income of less than Rs 6,000. To strengthen women financially, we have decided to launch Mai Behan Maan Yojana. It will be implemented within one year of government formation and we will deposit Rs 2500 in the accounts of women. We will also increase the social security pension from Rs 400 to Rs 1500.”

Former Deputy CM of Bihar Yadav promised to create Seemanchal Development Authority and Kosi Development Authority. Along with this he said that Bihar has the most expensive electricity. If our government is formed, we will provide 200 units of free electricity. We will create Seemanchal Development Authority and Kosi Development Authority. Earlier last Friday, Tejashwi Yadav demanded an apology from Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and accused him of failing to resolve important issues in the state despite being in power for more than 20 years.

Tejashwi Yadav asked these questions to Nitish Kumar

Tejashwi Yadav, in a post on Twitter, questioned Nitish Kumar's leadership and alleged that despite his political tourism, the Bihar CM has not been able to solve the problems of the people of Bihar. Yadav wrote in his post, “Before going on a farewell tour of Rs 2 billion, 25 crore, 78 lakh, Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar should apologize to the people of Bihar. “Despite going on political tourism through so-called visits in the last 20 years, why have they still not been able to understand the facts, truth and evidence?” He listed several important issues which he believes Nitish Kumar should answer.

36.7 percent schools in Bihar do not have toilets for girls – RJD leader

The RJD leader said 36.7 percent of schools in Bihar do not have toilets for girls and many government schools are running without proper buildings. Yadav asked, “Why does the Chief Minister not know even after twenty years that 36.7 percent of schools in Bihar do not have toilets for girls? 5,681 government schools in Bihar do not have their own buildings and are being run by linking them with neighboring schools, while 933 of them have land available. “Of the schools that have their own buildings, why do 62 per cent of primary schools and 20 per cent of secondary schools not have boundary walls on their premises?”

Bihar assembly elections to be held in mid 2025

Other issues raised by RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav include closure of sugar mills in the state, lack of employment opportunities and increasing migration of people in search of work. He accused Nitish Kumar of failing to fulfill the promises made to the public and demanded that he apologize for his failure to address these burning issues. He asked, “Should the Chief Minister not apologize for his failure?” For your information, let us tell you that assembly elections in Bihar are likely to be held in October-November 2025.
