Indian team changed coach against England

India's head coach is on a tour of more than a month in Australia, with 5 T20 matches to be played in the T20 series against England. In such a situation, India has to play many matches even after this series, hence the head coach of the team can be rested as soon as the series ends. And VVS Laxman can be made the new coach in this series. VVS Laxman is not the head coach of the team but whenever he is not the head, he performs the responsibility of the coach. Even when Dravid used to do coaching, he still got the responsibility when he took leave.

Didn't lose a single series as a coach

VVS Laxman can be given the responsibility of coaching the Indian team in the India vs England 5T20 match series. Head coach Gambhir may return in the 3rd ODI match against England. Before the start of the Border-Gavaskar series, the Indian team played a T20 series against South Africa in which Laxman got the responsibility and India also performed well in this series.

India did not lose a single series under Laxman's coaching. VVS Laxman has also won gold medal in Asian Games. Apart from this, the Under-19 World Cup trophy has also been named after Laxman.
