4 chicken breasts

2 teaspoons taco seasoning

1 red capsicum

1 capsicum (green chilli)

4 spoons butter

1 handful coriander

2 teaspoons lemon juice

black pepper as required

2 teaspoons virgin olive oil

2 cups monterey jack cheese

3 onions

1 yellow capsicum

4 cloves garlic

6 tomatoes

2 teaspoons jalapeno

salt as required

1/2 teaspoon red chilli

Step 1

To make this recipe, take all the vegetables and wash them under running water. Using a clean chopping board, chop them and keep aside. Then, take the chicken breasts and cut them into cubes.

Step 2

In a large bowl, add olive oil, garlic and taco seasoning along with salt and pepper to taste. Add the chicken breast cubes to the bowl and toss them together. Let it marinate for a while.

Now, take a pan on medium flame and heat oil in it. When the oil is hot enough, add capsicum, capsicum and an onion to the pan and fry them. When the chicken is marinated, add it to the pan and cook well.

Next, take a pan on low flame and add butter in it. Place a tortilla on the pan and top with the chicken and vegetable mixture. Grate cheese over it and turn the tortilla so that the other side also gets cooked. Repeat this process to make several quesadillas.
