Case of culpable homicide against Allu Arjun, he also went to jail

Based on the complaint by the deceased's family, the police registered an FIR against Allu Arjun, his security team and the theater management under sections 105 (culpable homicide not amounting to murder) and 118(1) (voluntarily causing hurt) of the Indian Code of Justice (BNS). A case was registered at the station. Allu Arjun was arrested by the police on 13 December at 12 noon. After his arrest, he was produced in the local court at 4 o'clock, from where he was sent to judicial custody for 14 days. Allu had appealed to the Telangana High Court for interim bail. At 5 pm, he was granted interim bail on a personal bond of Rs 50 thousand. Meanwhile, Allu was taken to Chanchalguda Central Jail. There he was kept in Class-1 barrack. After this, Allu was released from Chanchalguda Central Jail at around 6.30 am on 14th December. His father Allu Aravind and father-in-law Kancharla Chandrasekhar Reddy had reached the jail to take him.
