What led to the action against the popular IAS officer of Kerala?

Latest News :- IAS officer Prashant, popularly known as 'Collector Pro' on social media in Kerala, has been suspended for teasing another senior IAS officer online. N.Prashanth IAS who is the Special Secretary in the Department of Agriculture, Government of Kerala. Prashanth of 2007 batch hails from Kannur district. He became very famous for his activities on social media in 2015 when he was the District Collector of Kozhikode. Many youngsters fondly and truly called him 'Collector Pro'.
3 lakh people follow him on Facebook and 50 thousand people follow him on Instagram. The creative posts shared by him were greatly appreciated. One of them was an appeal to the public to clean Malabar Lake. Many people accepted his invitation and volunteered to clean the lake. He surprised them all by giving them a feast of biryani.
But now Prashant has been suspended due to the same social media post. The reason for his dismissal was that Jayathilak, a senior IAS officer and Additional Chief Secretary of Kerala, was criticized on social media for being 'mentally deranged'.
Prashant accused Jayathilak of deliberately defaming him following a media report about the disappearance of important files and documents of the 'Unnati' project launched for the benefit of the people of Patiala. Prashanth has also criticized Jayathilak for ruining the lives of juniors who are not subordinate to him.
Going a step further, Prashant quipped in another post that he is the 'real mental patient of Madhampalli'. Later, due to huge opposition, he deleted the post. He had also posted that he is a farmer and has come to pick weeds like Jayathilak. After this, Kerala Chief Secretary Sharatha Muralitharan ordered the suspension of Prashanth. An IAS officer, known as 'Collector Pro' for his constructive posts on social networking sites, has been suspended for negative reviews on the same social networking site.
