Latest News (Health Tips) :- Material: 4 raw bananas and one mashed boiled potato, one teaspoon grated ginger, one chopped onion, one-fourth cup roasted and ground peanuts, one teaspoon roasted sesame seeds, 4 teaspoons dried bread powder, 2 teaspoons fresh coriander. Take one spoon red chilli, salt as per taste, oil and chaat masala etc.

Method : Add bananas, ginger, onion, peanuts, bread crumbs, sesame seeds, salt as per taste and red chilli in a bowl and mix until the mixture becomes like a dough. Make small balls of the mixture and shape them into cutlets. On the other hand, heat oil in a separate pan. In this, fry the cutlets on low flame till they become light brown and till they become crunchy. Add green coriander, salt, some red chilli in a mixer jar and mix. Once the green chutney is ready, serve it with cutlets. Add chaat masala on cutlets and eat.
