Congress leader Sandeep Dixit says if Arvind Kejriwal becomes CM of Delhi he will have to go to jail again.

New Delhi. Delhi Assembly elections are scheduled to be held in February 2025. In this election, Arvind Kejriwal's Aam Aadmi Party is trying to gain power for the third time. Arvind Kejriwal is constantly saying that if the people hand over power to his party again, he will again be the CM of Delhi. On this statement of Arvind Kejriwal, Congress candidate in the assembly elections Sandeep Dixit has said that if Arvind Kejriwal becomes CM again, he will have to go to jail. Sandeep Dixit said that the Supreme Court has granted bail to Arvind Kejriwal on the condition that he cannot sign any file as CM. This means that the Supreme Court has said that Arvind Kejriwal is not fit to become the CM of Delhi. If he becomes CM and signs any document, it will be a violation of the bail conditions and then Arvind Kejriwal will have to go to jail.

Let us tell you that Sandeep Dixit has always been vocal against Arvind Kejriwal. Sandeep Dikshit's mother Sheila Dikshit was the CM of Delhi. Arvind Kejriwal had made many allegations against Sheila Dikshit. Arvind Kejriwal had refused any alliance with Congress in the Delhi Assembly elections. Since then, Congress leaders have been continuously targeting Arvind Kejriwal. When Arvind Kejriwal went to jail, he did not resign from the post of CM. When the Supreme Court granted him bail and barred him from going to office as CM or signing any document, Arvind Kejriwal resigned from the post of Delhi CM and handed over the post to Atishi.

The special thing is that Arvind Kejriwal's Aam Aadmi Party and Congress are part of the Indi alliance. Despite this, there was no agreement between Congress and Kejriwal's party in the Assembly and Lok Sabha elections in Punjab and Haryana Assembly elections. It is also noteworthy that Congress leaders had also complained about the alleged liquor scam in Delhi. On charges of which Manish Sisodia, Arvind Kejriwal, Sanjay Singh and some people associated with Aam Aadmi Party were arrested by ED and sent to jail.
