Christmas Special: You can make Choco Lava Cake even without oven on Christmas
-100 grams dark chocolate
50 grams butter
-1/4 cup sugar
-2 eggs
-1/4 cup flour
-1/2 tsp baking powder
-1/2 tsp vanilla essence
-a pinch of salt
-2 tbsp cream
To make Choco Lava Cake, first put chocolate and butter in a small pan, melt it on low flame and keep it to cool. Now to prepare the base of the cake, add eggs and sugar in a vessel and after beating them well, add melted chocolate-butter mixture and vanilla essence and mix well. Now sift flour, baking powder and salt in a separate vessel. After this, slowly add it to the liquid mixture and mix gently. Now grease the silicone molds with a little butter or oil and pour the prepared mixture into it. Now put 1 cup of salt or sand in the pressure cooker and place a small plate over it, so that the cake does not come in direct contact with the heat.
Now place the cake molds in the pressure cooker without using the whistle. Now cover the cooker and let the cake bake for 15-20 minutes on low flame. After the stipulated time, check whether the cake is cooked or not with a knife or fork. If the knife comes out clean, the cake is ready. If the knife comes out a little wet, let it cook for another 2-3 minutes. Remove the cake from the cooker and let it cool slightly, then turn it over and take it out. While serving it, serve it with melted chocolate or ice cream on top.
