Ingredients for Plum Cake:
Dry fruits, tutti frutti – one small bowl, powdered sugar – half cup, milk – 1 cup, refined oil – 6 tablespoons, vanilla essence – one teaspoon, nutmeg powder – one teaspoon, cinnamon powder – half teaspoon, cinnamon powder – two. Pinch, cocoa powder- one spoon, baking powder- half spoon, baking soda- one fourth spoon, white vinegar- two spoons, sugar- half bowl, hot water- one bowl, oranges Juice – six spoons
Make plum cake like this:
Step 1: First of all, pour orange juice in a big glass vessel and add dry fruits, raisins, almond pieces, cashew pieces, walnut pieces, broken fruits, dates, mix well and leave for half an hour. Now put sugar in a pan and heat it on medium flame. When the sugar melts, turn off the flame and add hot water to it and beat it well. Your caramel syrup is ready which is essential for plum cake.
Step 2: Now add milk, vanilla essence and refined oil in a bowl and mix well. – After this add nutmeg powder, cinnamon powder, cinnamon powder and mix well. Now sift the flour, baking soda, cocoa powder through a sieve and add milk to this mixture and mix well. Now add dry fruits soaked in caramel syrup and orange juice. Mix all the ingredients with the help of a blender. Plum cake batter is ready. Now put two cups of salt in the cooker, place a cake or idli stand on it and let it heat. Remove the rubber from the lid of the cooker and also remove the whistle of the cooker.
Step 3: Add two teaspoons of white vinegar to the cake batter and mix well. To make cake, put oil and butter paper in the bottom of the tin. – Add cake batter into it and close it tightly. – Garnish with cashew nuts and raisins over the batter. When the cooker is hot, place the cake tin on the stand placed in the cooker. Cover the cooker. Let the cake cook on medium flame for the first fifteen minutes and on low flame for the next 50 minutes. Check whether the cake is cooked or not by making a hole in the cake with a toothpick. Your cake is ready, take it out from the cooker, cover it with a light cloth and wait for it to cool.
