New and old fire again in Maharashtra! Veteran NCP leader meets Fadnavis amid resentment – ..

Maharashtra Politics: Angered by not getting a ministerial post in Maharashtra, NCP (Ajit Pawar faction) leader Chhagan Bhujbal met Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis. Later in a press conference, he said, ‘I and my cousin Sameer Bhujbal met Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis. We discussed many issues like politics and social. He listened to us on many recent issues.

What did Bhujbal say?

NCP (Ajit Pawar faction) leader Chhagan Bhujbal said, ‘Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis said give me 8-10 days, we will meet again and decide what we can do for the welfare of OBCs and their leaders.’

On the question of his removal from the cabinet, Chhagan Bhujbal said, ‘I know that people are upset with this situation, Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis knows about this.’

Why is Chhagan Bhujbal angry?

A few days ago, NCP (Ajit Pawar faction) leader Chhagan Bhujbal had claimed, ‘Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis wanted to include me in the cabinet, but the decision was taken by Ajit Pawar.’ It is noteworthy that 77-year-old MLA Chhagan Bhujbal was earlier a minister in the Mahayuti government. But this time it has not been given place.

Chhagan Bhujbal said, ‘Ajit Pawar in NCP takes decisions, like Devendra Fadnavis in BJP and Eknath Shinde in Shiv Sena.’
