Ingredients to make Paneer Thacha

2 tbsp peanut oil, 8-10 fresh green chillies – halved, 6-8 cloves garlic, 3 tbsp peanut seeds, ½ tsp coriander, ½ tsp cumin, handful coriander leaves, salt as per taste

How to make Paneer Thecha?

Step 1: First of all, cut the cheese into small pieces and keep it in a bowl. Now add green chillies and garlic in a pan and fry on high flame for a minute. Now add peanuts and cumin seeds and fry well till the aroma comes out. Then add green coriander and salt, mix well and turn off the flame.

Step 2: Now grind these ingredients coarsely or grind them well in a food processor. Now apply achchi tarah paste on all the pieces of paneer.

Step 3: Now turn on the gas and place a pan on it and grease it well with oil. Now add paneer pieces in it and fry well from both the sides. Fry them till they become golden from both the sides. Take out the fried paneer in a plate and sprinkle lemon juice on top and eat it hot.
