TRAI New Report: BSNL users are continuously increasing; Airtel is making recovery, big blow to Jio-Vi
TRAI New Report: TRAI has released a new report related to the userbase of the country's telecom companies. In this report, it has been said that BSNL's user base is continuously increasing, while Airtel is recovering its lost users. At the same time, Jio and Vi are continuously incurring losses.

According to media reports, TRAI has said in its latest report that the users of public sector telecom company BSNL are continuously increasing and its total number of users has reached close to 10 crores. This time the userbase of Airtel has increased. However, the condition of Jio and Vodafone Idea remains the same.
According to the new report, the market share of government companies BSNL and MTNL has increased to 8.22 percent. BSNL had added 8.5 lakh new users in September, while about 5 lakh new users were added in October. Airtel has added the maximum number of 19.28 lakh new users to its network in October 2024. There was a decrease of 14.35 lakh users in September.
Airtel is in recovery mode and its market share has increased to 33.5 percent. In the new report, Jio's users have reduced by 37.60 lakh. The company also had a decline of 79.70 lakh users in September. Jio's market share has decreased to 39.9 percent. However, Jio is still the largest telecom operator in the country.
Vodafone Idea has lost 19.77 lakh users in October 2024. Even in September, the company's users had reduced by 15.5 lakh. Vi's market share is 18.30 percent. Let us tell you that after private companies made recharge expensive in July, there has been a continuous decline in the number of their users.
