Allu Arjun Case Update: Hyderabad Police Issue New Summons | Read

Hyderabad police issued new summons to actor Allu Arjun on Monday, directing him to appear at the Chikkadpally police station at 11 a.m. on Tuesday.

The summon is in connection with the death of a woman during a stampede at Sandhya Theatre on December 4, during the premiere of “Pushpa 2.” The incident has led to political controversy in Telangana.

This development came against the backdrop of protestors vandalising the actor’s Hyderabad residence on Sunday evening.

A Hyderabad court granted bail on the same day to six individuals who were arrested for allegedly vandalizing the actor’s residence. In response to this incident, police have increased security at Allu Arjun’s home.

According to the Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP) for Hyderabad’s West Zone, several individuals holding placards unexpectedly gathered outside the actor’s home on the evening of December 22.

Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy condemned the attack on Sunday and instructed the state Director General of Police (DGP) and the city police commissioner to take strict measures to maintain law and order.
