Indecent Comment Case: Non-bailable warrant issued against former MP Jayaprada, Azam Khan and ST Hasan are also accused

Rampur. Rampur court has issued a non-bailable warrant against former MP and actress Jayaprada in the indecent remarks case. Also, January 9 was fixed for the next hearing of the case. Former Rampur MP Azam Khan, former SP MP from Moradabad Dr. ST Hasan (Former SP MP from Moradabad) during the felicitation ceremony organized at Muslim Degree College located in Katghar area after the results of 2019 Lok Sabha elections. Other SP leaders including Dr. ST Hasan were included.

It is alleged that during the program, indecent remarks were made on former Rampur MP and actress Jayaprada. In the case, Rampur resident Mustafa Hussain has accused Azam Khan, Dr. ST Hasan, Abdullah Azam, Firoz Khan, organizer Mohd. A case was registered against Azhar Khan, former chairman of Arif, Rampur. The case is being heard in the court of MP-MLA Special Court MP Singh. On Saturday, Jayaprada was to appear in the court and record her statement but she did not appear in the court.

An adjournment application was also presented in the court by his lawyer on Monday, which was rejected by the court. Also issued a non-bailable warrant against Jayaprada and fixed January 9 for the next hearing of the case.
