Let us tell you that a 45 year old man had taken his 28 year old wife to a party, where he asked her to have sex with his boss. The woman complained about this act of her husband to the police. Police have registered a case against the accused husband and his boss. A case has been registered against the accused under sections 115(2), 351(2), 351(3) and 352 of the Indian Justice Code and Muslim Women (Protection of Rights on Marriage) Act 2019.

According to media reports, in the complaint given to the police, the woman said that her husband needed Rs 15 lakh to get a divorce from his first wife. He asked his second wife's parents to bring this amount. He used to pressurize the wife to bring Rs 15 lakh from her maternal home, but when she refused to bring the money, the husband asked her to sleep with the boss. The husband said either bring 15 lakhs from the parents' house or spend the night with my boss. The woman got married only in January 2024. After a few months, her husband started harassing her for money. There was fear of being attacked for protesting. The accused software engineer, against whom a case was registered at Sambhaji Nagar Police Station on December 19, has been transferred to Bazarpeth Police Station, Kalyan.
