Shyam Benegal died on Monday. He was undergoing treatment at Lilavati Hospital in Mumbai. He was suffering from an illness for a long time.

Now recently, the photo of his 90th birthday is becoming increasingly viral on social media. In which many stars will be present. Naseeruddin Shah, Om Puri, Amrish Puri, Anant Nag, Shabana Azmi, Smita Patil and cinematographer Govind Nihalani were present in it.

On his birthday, many stalwarts attended the celebration to wish him. Actress Shabana Azmi shared its glimpse on her Instagram handle.
