Material
Paneer – 250 grams
Cream – 1/2 cup
Milk – 2 tbsp
Onion – 1
Cashews – 1/4 cup
Garlic – 4 cloves
Ginger chopped – 1 tsp
Turmeric – 1/4 tsp
Garam masala – 1/2 tsp
Coarsely ground black pepper – 2 tsp
Oil – 2 tbsp
Salt – as per taste
Method
- To make vegetable, first cut the paneer into square pieces and keep them in a bowl. Now add onion pieces, cashew nuts, garlic and ginger in the mixer jar, grind them and prepare their paste.
- Take out the paste in a bowl and keep it aside. Now heat a nonstick pan on medium flame and add one spoon oil.

- When the oil becomes hot, add the prepared onion-cashew paste and fry for 2-3 minutes. After this, add cream and milk to the paste and mix it with the help of a big spoon.
- Now add turmeric, garam masala and salt, mix well and let the gravy cook for 2-3 minutes more. After this add some water and cook for one more minute.
- After this, add coarsely ground black pepper and fried cheese to the gravy and mix all the ingredients well with the help of a spoon.
- After this, let the vegetables cook for 5 more minutes. Then turn off the gas and keep the vegetables in a bowl. Now take a tadka pan and add some oil to it, add garlic and cook.
- Add this tempering to the vegetables, mix it and sprinkle some black pepper on top. Paneer black pepper curry is ready.
