Spain’s national football team that ended up winning the EURO 2024, achieved a new milestone during the tournament. Total 10 players from Spain including the likes of Álvaro Morata, Dani Carvajal, Dani Olmo, Fabián Ruiz, Ferran Torres, Lamine Yamal, Mikel Merino, Mikel Oyarzabal, Nico Williams and Rodri scored goals in EURO 2024, making Spain break 24-year-old record for most goalscorers in the history of the tournament. The previous record was with France as total nine players from the country scored in EURO 2000.
