Two-day session of Congress in Karnataka from today; More than 200 Congress leaders will participate.

Belagavi. New Satyagrah meeting belagavi: Congress party will organize a two-day 'Navsatyagrah meeting' in Belagavi, Karnataka today. In this meeting, a strategy will be made to trap the central government in a dilemma. 200 big leaders of Congress will participate in this meeting. Congress will also discuss what to do against Amit Shah's statement on the Constitution in Parliament. Chief Ministers of Congress governments of the states will also participate in this meeting.

'Jai Bapu, Jai Bhim, Jai Constitution' rally will be taken out on Friday. The two-day session will be attended by party chief Mallikarjun Kharge, Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi, Wayanad MP Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, CWC members and senior party leaders from across the country as well as senior Congress leaders.

Congress Party General Secretary KC Venugopal said that we are organizing a historic conference in Belagavi on 26 and 27 December on the occasion of the centenary of the Congress session chaired by Mahatma Gandhi. The impromptu session of the Indian National Congress was an important event in our Indian political history.

KC Venugopal said that following his footsteps, we will carry out Nav Satyagraha to reiterate our commitment to his principles as well as to the Constitution and the path shown by Babasaheb Ambedkar. In the next two days, we will also hold 'Jai Bapu, Jai Bhim, Jai Constitution' rally along with the extended meeting of the Congress Executive.

Congress leader Jairam Ramesh said that Mahatma Gandhi had announced Satyagraha against British rule in the Belagavi meeting (New Satyagrah meeting belagavi) in 1926. Adding to Gandhi's legacy, Congress has named the upcoming meeting as 'Neo Satyagraha Meeting'. 200 Congress representatives from across the country will participate in this meeting.
