- 50 grams gum
- 1 cup ghee
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup semolina
- Almond
- cup pistachios
- cup coconut
- 1 teaspoon cardamom powder
- 10-12 dates
- 1 cup sesame seeds
Complete method of making gum laddus
- First of all, crush the gum well and cut it into small pieces.
- Heat ghee in a pan, add semolina and fry on low flame till it turns golden.
- Now add crushed gum to it and mix well. Cook the gum on low flame, so that it gets completely immersed in the ghee and its flavor increases.
- Then add sugar in it and mix, so that the sugar dissolves completely.
- After this, add dates, almonds, pistachios, coconut and cardamom powder and mix well.
- Now let the mixture cool down a bit, then roll it in sesame seeds and make small laddus.
- Gum laddus are ready, you can store and eat them for weeks.
