Ingredients required to make Gobi Kofta:

1. 1 medium sized cabbage, finely chopped
2. 1 cup gram flour
3. 1/2 cup curd
4. 1/4 cup coriander leaves, finely chopped
5. 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
6. 1/4 cup ginger-garlic paste
7. 1 teaspoon cumin powder
8. 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
9. 1 teaspoon dry mango powder
10. Salt as per taste
11. Oil or ghee for frying

How to make Gobi Kofta

1. In a large bowl, mix gram flour, curd, coriander leaves, onion, ginger-garlic paste, cumin powder, garam masala powder, dry mango powder, and salt.
2. Add finely chopped cabbage and mix well.
3. Keep the mixture for 10-15 minutes so that the gram flour gets absorbed.
4. Make the mixture into small round shapes.
5. Heat oil or ghee in a pan and fry the koftas until they turn golden.
6. Take out the koftas in a plate and serve hot.
