bird beak exercise
To do this exercise, join all the fingers of one hand together and make them in the shape of a beak. Then peck like a bird in the middle of the palm of the other hand. Repeat this process at least 20 times with both hands one by one.
Finger Interlock Movement Exercise
To do this exercise, spread the fingers of both hands and trap them between the fingers of the other hand. So that both the palms remain connected to each other. First raise all the fingers of the right hand together. After this, bring down the fingers of the right hand and raise the fingers of the left hand. Do this process continuously for 2 minutes.
Exercise to reduce overthinking and anger
To do this exercise, keep all the fingers straight and together. Bend your fingers in half, as if you are starting to make clay. After that make the fingers in the shape of a drop. Fold India completely and make a fist. Do this movement continuously for 2 minutes.
