Ravindra Jadeja posts Mysterious picture on his Instagram story: Leaves fans in Shock
Indian all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja shared a strange photo on his Instagram account, which has left the fans wondering the reason behind the post. Some have even made speculations about him taking retirement from Test cricket.
Indian all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja took to his Instagram account and shared a picture that has left the internet in shock. Jadeja put a photo of his Test jersey on the social media platform, and the post is now getting widely circulating on X. While a lot of fans are asking the reason for that post, some have made assumptions that Jadeja has called his time on his Test career.
“Any hint,” was one of the comments by a user, while another one wrote “Happy retirement Jaddu.” One thing to be noted is that the spin-bowling all-rounder has already retired from T20I cricket after India’s T20 World Cup victory in June last year. However, he remains active in Test cricket and ODIs.

India’s star duo of Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma had a hard time because of their low performance in India’s recent outing in Australia, and Ravindra Jadeja is also not escaping the critics after his poor outing. The southpaw failed to prove himself as an all-rounder in the series as India lost 1-3.
Jadeja had only picked 4 wickets in three wickets, along with scoring 135 runs with an average of 27. A report has claimed that the seasoned player’s performance is under inspection and the BCCI selection committee might make some important calls regarding his future.
India’s head coach Gautam Gambhir hopes to create a “strong base” for the 2027 ODI World Cup, and is “keen to give exposure to a few more identified players“, a BCCI source was quoted.
Indian team is now set to return to international action with 5 T20Is and three ODIs against England, which will begin January 22 in Kolkata. After this, the side will be travelling to Dubai to begin their campaign for the Champions Trophy 2025, with the squad for the upcoming tournament yet to be announced.
