Okxe launches VinFast Okxe Ut Tich electric motorbike store in HCMC
The store, at 40E Ut Tich Street, Ward 4, Tan Binh District, is designed around the modern 3S model, focusing on Sales, Service, and Spare Parts, to provide a comprehensive and convenient experience for customers. It features a range of VinFast electric motorbike models, including the Klara S, Feliz, Vento S, and Theon S. In addition to sales, the store offers repair, maintenance, and genuine spare parts services that meet high-quality standards.

As part of its commitment to sustainability, Okxe has launched an initiative to encourage the transition from gasoline-powered to electric motorbikes. The “Exchange Gasoline Motorbikes for Electric Motorbikes” program allows customers to trade in their old gasoline vehicles for eco-friendly electric alternatives. This initiative also emphasizes stricter quality control for gasoline motorbikes sold at the store, ensuring greater environmental responsibility.
The service station’s design reflects its dual focus: the first floor is dedicated to electric motorbikes, while the second floor handles gasoline motorbike sales. This structure aims to balance the demand for traditional vehicles while promoting the adoption of green alternatives.
Recognizing the challenges faced by consumers transitioning from gasoline to electric motorbikes, Okxe has developed a comprehensive ecosystem that integrates both types of vehicles. This system eliminates reliance on intermediaries, offering customers a smoother and more transparent process. Customers who exchange their gasoline motorbikes for VinFast electric models benefit from a streamlined inspection process and attractive incentives.

Okxe has also expanded its Online Merge Offline (OMO) model, enhancing the shopping experience by integrating online and offline services. Through this approach, customers can research and compare products online before visiting the store for a hands-on experience. This model saves time and ensures greater transparency during the purchasing process. Okxe plans to replicate this service model across Vietnam and expand into international markets, particularly in Asia, where demand for sustainable transportation is rising.
