Police team is inspecting polling stations regarding assembly by-elections.

Police administration has become active regarding Milkipur assembly by-election. The police team reached the polling stations of Circle Police Station Kotwali Inayat Nagar, Kumarganj Police Station and Khandasa Police Station area and took stock of the arrangements there. During this, arrangements for lights, toilets and water were seen at the booths and instructions were given to complete the incomplete works.

Nominations are to be held in Milkipur between January 10 and January 17 and voting will take place on February 5. In view of this, the administration has started preparations in full swing, on-site inspection of polling centers is being conducted. To rectify the shortcomings found at the polling stations, talks were held with the concerned Gram Panchayat Secretary and Village Head.

Inspector in-charge, Khandasa police station, Sandeep Kumar Singh said that he inspected a dozen polling stations in the police station area along with the police party. Instructions have also been given to remove the shortcomings found.
