How was the condition of Game Changer and Fateh at the box office on the first day, who won?

Mumbai: The first big box office clash of the year 2025 was seen on January 10, when Ram Charan's much awaited film 'Game Changer' and Sonu Sood's directorial debut film 'Fateh' were released in theatres. Both the films were in the news before their release, but all eyes were on Ram Charan's 'Game Changer', which has come after his blockbuster film 'RRR'.

Big start of 'Game Changer'

S. Ram Charan and Kiara Advani have played lead roles in 'Game Changer' directed by Shankar. This is Kiara's debut film in the South Industry. Made on a huge budget of Rs 450 crore, this film had created a lot of curiosity among the audience due to its grand visuals and strong promotion. Also, according to reports, the film has collected Rs 51.25 crore on its first day. Although the expectations were much higher than this, there may be a jump in the film's earnings on the weekend.

Box office performance of 'Fateh'

On the other hand, Sonu Sood has entered the world of direction through 'Fateh'. This film is special for him because in it he himself has played the lead role and Jacqueline Fernandes is seen with him. This action-packed film collected only Rs 2.45 crore on the first day, which is much less than expected. Compared to 'Game Changer', 'Fateh' has proved to be weak at the box office. However, Sonu Sood has announced to invest the film's earnings in noble causes. He had already made it clear that the earnings from 'Fateh' would be used for the education and treatment of the needy. It is clear from the box office figures of the first day that Ram Charan's 'Game Changer' has won the box office. However, it will be interesting to see what changes happen in the earnings of both the films over the weekend.
