Arshdeep Singh and Harshit Rana have got a chance in the team to support him in fast bowling. Whereas Nitish Reddy and Hardik Pandya have got a chance as fast batting all-rounders.

For this reason, he has been called back to the T20 team, because the selectors want to see his fitness before the Champions Trophy. He played the last T20 International match for the Indian team against England in the year 2022. He has so far played 23 T20 matches for India, in which he has taken 24 wickets.

Nitish Kumar Reddy, who performed well in the Test series against Australia, has also got a place. Whereas Harshit Rana and Arshdeep Singh have got a chance. Tilak Verma, Hardik Pandya and Rinku Singh are also present in the squad to strengthen the middle order.
