1 cup bread crumbs
2 chopped green chillies
coriander leaves

1 teaspoon red chili powder
1 teaspoon black pepper powder

Complete recipe for making Creamy Cheese Balls
First of all, mash the boiled potatoes well. Then add grated cheese, green chilli, ginger-garlic paste, red chilli powder, black pepper powder, salt and coriander leaves and mix well.
If you want to use peas, you can also add boiled peas.
Now add 2 tablespoons cornflour to this mixture, so that it does not break while making balls.
After mixing the mixture well, keep it in the refrigerator to cool for some time so that the balls can be formed easily.
Now make small balls from the mixture. First coat these balls in flour, then dip them lightly in cornflour solution, and then coat them well in bread crumbs. This will create a crispy layer on the balls.
Heat oil in a pan. Once the oil is well heated, carefully drop the balls into the oil.
Fry the balls on medium flame until golden and crispy.
After frying, take out the balls in a plate and keep them on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
