Before Delhi Assembly elections, Congress announced 'Yuva Udaan Yojana', unemployed youth will get Rs 8500 every month.


New Delhi. Congress has announced its third guarantee for Delhi Assembly elections 2025. This guarantee is for the youth and is named 'Yuva Udaan Yojana'. Under this scheme, Congress has promised that if it comes to power, unemployed youth will be given financial assistance of Rs 8500 every month in the form of apprenticeship. The scheme was announced by party leader and former Rajasthan Deputy CM Sachin Pilot in the capital Delhi on Sunday.

What did Sachin Pilot say?

Sachin Pilot said that on 5th the people of Delhi will elect a new government. Understanding its responsibility, the Congress Party is ready to solve the problems of the people. He said, “It is the responsibility of the government to provide employment opportunities and financial assistance to the educated unemployed people of Delhi. Under Yuva Udaan Yojana, we will give Rs 8500 per month to every educated unemployed boy or girl. We will also provide one year apprenticeship opportunity.”

Youth will benefit from the scheme: Devendra Yadav

Delhi Congress PCC Chief Devendra Yadav said, “Due to educated unemployment, the youth are going on the wrong path. Under Yuva Udaan Yojana, not only unemployed youth will get financial assistance but they will also get the opportunity for skill development. The youth who want to work in private companies will get help from this scheme.”

Yadav said that Congress had earlier given guarantees for women under the 'Pyari Didi Scheme' and now this scheme is being brought for the youth. Taking aim at BJP and Aam Aadmi Party, he said that the policies of both the parties have worsened the condition of the youth.

Third big guarantee for youth

Congress leader Qazi Nizamuddin said that this plan has been prepared on the basis of feedback received from the public during the Nyaya Yatra. He said, “The policies of Modi government and Aam Aadmi Party have broken the back of the youth. Congress has brought this guarantee to provide relief to the youth.”
