Honey Garlic Fish: A Spicy Starter Recipe

Ingredients to make Honey Garlic Fish:
- 3 tbsp honey
- 2 teaspoons finely chopped garlic
- 2 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- ½ tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tbsp light olive oil
- 500 grams chopped fish
- 2 tbsp chopped green onion
How to make Honey Garlic Fish:
- First of all, mix honey, garlic, dark soy sauce, lemon juice and black pepper powder well in a medium sized bowl.
- Wash the cut fish pieces thoroughly and pat dry with paper tissue.
- Now heat a nonstick pan on medium flame and add olive oil in it.
- Then put the fish pieces in the pan and cook while turning for a minute.
- Now pour the previously prepared sauce over the fish and let it cook for 5 minutes. Keep in mind that the sauce has to be cooked until it reduces and becomes sticky.
- Finally, add chopped green onion leaves.
