Delhi Election 2025: It will be difficult for AAP candidate Avadh Ojha to contest from Patparganj! Arvind Kejriwal will meet CEO today

Aam Aadmi Party candidate Avadh Ojha, who is contesting from Patparganj, Delhi, has failed as his vote has not been sent from Greater Noida to Delhi. Aam Aadmi Party's national convenor Arvind Kejriwal has once again talked about going for elections on this issue. He has alleged that Aam Aadmi Party candidate from Patparganj, Awadh Ojha, is only transferring votes.

He said that Avadh Ojha had filled Form 8 on January 7, the last date for vote transfer in Delhi, but within 24 hours the Delhi CEO changed his order and said that the last date to fill the form was January 6. Raising questions, he said that this was done deliberately to stop Awadh Ojha. Now there is a question on whether Awadh Ojha will be able to contest elections from Patparganj or not. He will meet the Chief Election Commission today at 3 pm regarding this matter. Arvind Kejriwal has raised questions regarding the CEO's order. He has asked why the CEO issued it again? This is against the law.

Delhi High Court's big comment on AAP government, said- Doubt on your honesty due to delay in CAG report…

What is the whole matter?

Arvind Kejriwal told the whole thing. He said that Awadh Ojha's vote was in Greater Noida, but he applied to vote in Delhi by filling Form 6 on December 26, but did not get any response, so he came to know that Form 8 should have been filled and not Form 6. He had to fill Form 8 on January 7, because as per the Election Commission manual, Forms 6, 7 and 8 could be filled till 10 days before the last date of nomination. Accordingly, the CEO of Delhi had fixed January 7 as the last date for form submission. However, within 24 hours the order was reversed and it was said that the last date for submitting the form is not January 6 but January 7.
