Not only the MLA but also the UP government minister had complained about the corruption of Mukesh Srivastava and people associated with him, when will the screws be tightened?
Lucknow. Yogi government of Uttar Pradesh is tightening the noose on the corrupt. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath is also continuously giving instructions to tighten the noose on the corrupt. But far from tightening the noose on the corrupt people, drug mafia and former MLA Mukesh Srivastava who have infiltrated the UP Health Department, no action is being taken even on the complaints of ruling party MLAs and ministers. There are continuous complaints against Mukesh Srivastava and the firms associated with him. Even after this, his firms and those associated with him are working in more than two dozen districts of the state. Now Purdafaash News has got hold of the letter of Dayashankar Singh, Minister of State (Independent Charge) of Uttar Pradesh Government, which he had written to Deputy CM Brajesh Pathak. In this letter, he had recommended action against the corruption nexus of Mukesh Srivastava and others.

UP Government Minister of State Dayashankar Singh had written a letter to Deputy CM and Health Minister Brajesh Pathak on 26 November 2022. In this letter, he had written a letter to the Deputy CM mentioning the complaint of Om Prakash Dubey. In this he had said that by misusing government funds, sub-standard goods were wrongly purchased from the firms of former SP MLA Mukesh Srivastava and associate Pankaj Tripathi at many times higher prices.
He further wrote that due to the purchased goods being many times more expensive, the work allotted to the Chief Pharmacist was done by the firm through Storekeeper Parasnathram and instead of sending it to the CMSD store Ballia, it was sent directly to the CHC and PHC located in different blocks, in which the bills were issued by the CMSD. In view of this, instead of deducting the name of the store, the names of the supplier firms were deducted directly so that the said goods could not be checked, the officers/employees mentioned in the complaint letter as Taking personal cognizance of the complaint of serious nature regarding corruption made by Additional Chief Medical Officer (Store) Dr. Virendra Kumar, Storekeeper Parasnath Ram and Ranjit Bahadur Yadav (Contract), action was taken against the culprits by investigating the matter in question. Please try to get it done.
It is not that a complaint against Mukesh and people associated with him has been made to the Deputy CM for the first time. Many ruling MLAs have also complained about the corruption being done by Mukesh and his firms, but despite all this, Mukesh and his associated firms are getting big tenders and contracts in the department with the blessings of the Health Department officials.
