“Nhi’s family completed setting up the wedding tent on Tuesday in her hometown [Thanh Hoa in northern Vietnam],” a source close to the beauty queen said. “Fresh flower decorations and the tent’s construction were handled by the groom-to-be’s family. The traditional engagement, betrothal, and wedding ceremonies will all take place within an hour, from 8 to 9 a.m.”
According to the source, Nhi’s family has decided to limit the guest list to immediate relatives on both sides, excluding friends and neighbors. Guests have been asked not to livestream, film, or take photos. Security at the wedding has been tightened, with a team of bodyguards ensuring everything proceeds smoothly.
The groom-to-be’s parents are reportedly staying at a hotel on Thanh Hoa City’s Tran Phu Street, awaiting the bride’s arrival the next morning, the source added. Following the ceremony, Nhi will move to her new home in Hanoi.
The groom-to-be and his family have kept their identities private, revealing only that her 25-year-old fiancé leads a private life and serves as the general director of an automobile company.
Nhi, 23, represented Vietnam at the 2023 Miss International contest, where she reached the top 15.
Before her marriage, she had been out of the public eye for the past year. Her last social media post was in April last year, leading to speculations that she had left her management company and was preparing for marriage. However, at the time, her management stated that she was focusing on her studies at Hanoi Law University.
Vuong has a net worth of $4.1 billion as of Wednesday, according to Forbes.
