The way to make Peanut Laddu is very easy.
Step 1- First of all, roast one cup peanuts thoroughly on medium flame. After this, peel off the roasted peanuts.
Second step- Now put the roasted peanuts in the mixer and grind them coarsely. After this, put 2 spoons of ghee in a pan and heat it.
Third Step- You have to put half cup of jaggery in the same pan and then melt the jaggery on low flame. After the jaggery melts, turn off the gas.
Fourth Step- When the jaggery becomes lukewarm, then you have to add ground peanuts to it. Along with this, also add cardamom powder and half cup grated coconut.
Fifth Step- Mix all these things well. Now you can give this mixture the shape of laddus.
When the peanut laddus cool down, you can serve them. Everyone, from children to adults, will like their taste very much.
