Delhi, currently at the bottom of the table with four points from six games, is looking to bounce back from a narrow 2-3 defeat against Tamil Nadu Dragons.
The Pipers have struggled to find their rhythm this season, managing just one win so far.
Vedanta Kalinga Lancers, placed sixth with seven points, are also seeking redemption after a 1-5 drubbing at the hands of Hyderabad Toofans.
A win for the Lancers could improve their position on the table, while Delhi will be desperate to stay in contention for a playoff spot.
