Hailing from Gaya, Bihar, Pramod grew up in a modest household. His father was a small-scale sweet vendor, selling laddoos on a cart to make ends meet. Pramod attended a government school but left his studies at the age of 14 to support his family. Along with his brother, he borrowed Rs 2,500 from their father and started selling laddoos on a small cart in their town.

Thanks to the delicious taste of their laddoos, their venture quickly gained popularity. However, Pramod dreamed of taking his business to greater heights and worked tirelessly to achieve his vision.

Pramod’s Hard Work And Dedication

Pramod’s determination to succeed led him to work nearly 19 hours a day, crafting laddoos through the night and selling them during the day. His perseverance bore fruit when he transitioned from a cart to opening a small sweet shop. From there, his business expanded rapidly.

Over time, Pramod began supplying laddoos to other parts of Bihar and neighboring states, including Jharkhand. With increased demand, he scaled his operations and set up a factory to produce laddoos hygienically and efficiently using traditional methods.
