Let us tell you how AI is helping to reunite lost people with their loved ones in the Maha Kumbh Mela. The government has launched an AI chatbot named Kumbh Sah'AI'yak for this event. This chatbot is not only giving real-time updates and information related to Mahakumbh to the users, but with its help they can also reach their lost people. Apart from personal assistance, it also offers navigation support in the fair area. Through this, the task of finding lost people has become easier.

This is how it becomes easier to find lost people
Around 2700 AI-powered cameras have also been installed throughout the fair complex and Prayagraj. With their help, faces of lost people can be identified. Together with AI-chatbot, a strong network is formed, which creates the framework to reunite a lost person with his/her loved ones. This process takes place in three stages.

Reporting a lost person: A lost person can be reported by calling the Sah'AI'yak chatbot or the Mela helpline 1920. Similarly, if someone is lost, then with the help of the nearest policeman he is taken to the lost place.

Digital Lost and Found Center and AI Surveillance: Employees present at Digital Lost and Found Center and 12 centers can verify the photos of lost people through their social media or can scan the photos given by the family members. After this, surveillance and tracking can be done with the help of AI-powered cameras.

Transaction and return of information: Many times the lost person or his family members are speaking a language which the policemen or other employees do not understand. In such a situation, the help of AI is being taken so that language does not become a hindrance. Sah'AI'yak chatbot supports 11 languages ​​and instantly translates these languages ​​into Hindi and English. This is how accurate information is transferred.
