BJP's 'Sankalp Patra' for Delhi, so much subsidy on cylinder… promise of giving ₹ 21000 to pregnant women

New Delhi: BJP has released the first part of the resolution letter for Delhi Assembly elections. Issuing the resolution, BJP National President JP Nadda said that when our government comes to power, we will not stop the schemes running earlier in Delhi, but we will end the corruption prevalent in those schemes.

Like Congress and Aam Aadmi Party, BJP has also promised to give Rs 2500 to women every month under Mahila Samriddhi Yojana. Apart from this, it has been announced to give subsidy of Rs 500 on domestic gas cylinder. Not only this, one cylinder each will be available free on Holi-Diwali. JP Nadda told that when BJP government comes to power in Delhi, pregnant women will be given a lump sum amount of Rs 21 thousand and nutrition will also be given.

Nadda said that the pension of senior citizens in Delhi for those aged between 60-70 years will be increased from Rs 2000 to Rs 2500. People above 70 years of age, widows and disabled people will get Rs 3,000, which has been increased by Rs 500. At the same time, people will be given an additional cover of Rs 5 lakh by the Delhi government, the total cover will be Rs 10 lakh. 51 lakh people will benefit from this.

There is a competition of promises in the Delhi assembly elections. To attract women voters in the elections, all parties are promising to give a certain amount of money to women every month.
