The Congress President wrote on social media that it has become a habit of the Modi government to make false claims, falsify data and cover up the truth of declining jobs. 82% youth are looking for a job this year, 55% said that it was difficult to find a job last year. 37% say that they have given up hope of finding a new job in 2025. A separate survey revealed that 69% of Indian HR professionals feel that finding qualified talent for a role has now become more challenging.

He further wrote, Modi government is misleading crores of youth in the name of employment generation by estimating and extrapolating old surveys using government figures without conducting census. It is cheating the country by converting unpaid labor into jobs and even counting one-hour work per week as jobs.

Modi government has given the youth a tough time by taking away jobs through mafia raj's tactics like paper leak, stampede for a few jobs, demonetization and wrong GST, snatching jobs from MSMEs, usurping the right to reservation, keeping government job posts vacant for years and giving two crore jobs annually. Cheated by lies.
