Delhi Pollution: Amid declining pollution levels in Delhi-National Capital Region (NCR), the Centre's air quality panel on Friday canceled GRAP 3 restrictions. The move comes a day after the Commission for Air Quality Management (CAQM) revoked GRAP 4 restrictions over falling pollution levels in Delhi-NCR. Construction and demolition projects etc. will be subject to various statutory instructions, rules, guidelines etc. and will not be able to resume operations without any orders.

Also prohibits medium goods vehicles

Under Group 3, classes up to class 5 will be run in hybrid mode. Parents and students have the option to choose online education wherever available. Under Group 3, the use of BS-III petrol and BS-IV diesel cars (4-wheelers) will be banned in Delhi and surrounding NCR districts. Disabled person will be exempted. Grape 3 also bans non-essential diesel-powered medium goods vehicles of BS-IV or older standards in Delhi.
